Everyday we go through obstacles in life that we have to overcome. Its upon our best interest to learn how to cope with our situations and move on with life. Personally its not good to hold onto things or in other words hold grudges. That can most definitely set you up for failure, and you would always be a negative person. Stress can be brought on by many things you experience, from friends to school, or even issues at home. Its all upon yourself to gain back the strength and courage to move on and let things go. People have so many ways to overcome stress. Smoking, eating, drug abuse, and counseling are all beneficial ways that can assist people in getting over stress.
