Competition

Stepping up to the plate and showing people what you are really capable of is such a great feeling. Competition scares people, it makes them feel the need to step their sh*t up, to be parked at the penthouse, to be at Washington Mutual every week. While competing you can't look down or look back, keep climbing up the ladder and strive for Greatness and Success. Take time in your day to better yourself, do what makes u prosper and rise to the top, be competition to the people that can't phase you. Always remember there is nothing wrong with being competition to someone, it clearly shows that they are on their bum status. Rock your fresh kicks, wear swagged up shirts, work your pumps, rock them fitted's, wear your favorite lipstick. Just know that you are at your best and no one will knock your shine nor will they stop your shine.

Jealousy

Everyone knows what it is and everyone can sense when someone has it towards someone. Jealously! When you realize that your close people all of a sudden question your thoughts, feelings or opinions. There is a problem, its not them trying to have your back or watch out for you, buts its simply them showing their true colors. Not every person has jealousy, and the ones to really show it, should not be your friends, plain and simple. Remember you came into this world by yourself and you will die and leave by yourself. Put yourself first in everything you do, make sure your stacks on point. Don't stress too much on people cause they simply are just jealous. Its up to you to show who the bigger person is, show them that haters can't phase them, sticks and stones may break your bones but jealousy and hatred NEVER WILL.

Waiting

waiting takes time and effort. try and spend your time occupying yourself on something else other than just waiting. always be patient and have faith that our wait will finally be no more.

We're Back

I am sure you all have noticed that we have disappeared out of the blog world for awhile. Well now we are back from our hiatus and ready to keep you tuned in timeless101 style. So much has been going on, from exploring different castings to school and finding jobs. Gaelle is currently in FIU, and i am working had trying to finish my last year in high school. Trying Something New

Put A Smile On

There will be times when you feel like just giving up. Not trying any more wouldn't be an option, simply not caring any more. At those times its best to put a smile on. No matter what your going through, don't let your personal life be shown when its not needed. Don't let people know automatically that something is wrong with you, even though you know you are going through an emotional situation. It's best to handle your own situations with a smile on your face because life will go on. Put a smile on when your depressed, put a smile on when your stressed out, put a smile on when your just not feeling yourself. Always remember just Put A Smile On!

So we all have been waiting and in anticipation for none other than Nicki Minaj's Debut album. We have heard her on numerous tracks with popular artists and we have come to the conclusion that this chick is raw! She gives 110% and more, she goes hard or doesn't go at all! People say she is the Lady Gaga of Hip Hop. But she simply is just a barbie! The album was set to debut on November 23rd but has recently been moved up a day to November 22nd, same day as two other popular music artist. Ignore

Sometimes the best thing to do is ignore. Act as if its not a bother. Ignoring someone or a certain situation may hold you back on reacting badly. Learn to mature yourself in situations that require you to act and solve in an adult manner. Always handle yourself in an orderly fashion manner. Ignoring someone can cause you not to react to that person in a rude way, but just dies away the conflict. Ignoring a certain situation, allows you to not stress over it anymore, and letting it go. It would behoove you to just let things be. At the end of the day, it is what it is, and nothing will ever change that.  Let it Go+Let it Be= Ignore.

IT'S EASY TO FORGET BUT HARD TO FORGIVE

In this world you will come across people that you get to know on a good basis but end up having to break off the friendship or relationship. They say that your special friend will be there with you through thick and thin, but that same special friend can leave you so quick through your thick and thin. Have you been done wrong, cheated on, lied to, back stabbed, thought you had real friends. A good majority of people can answer yes to those questions. But its up to that person to physically and emotionally learn how to move on. Go by the phrase, forgive and forget. But sometimes its hard, all you want to do is forget that person and hold a grudge. When you come to think of it, holding that grudge can just make you hurt even more it can make you ponder more about that person. So why bother even stressing yourself out, just simply let it go. So as hard as you may try and play it off that you don't have a care, you simply just have to let it go, let them go, let the situation go! And for that person; You will be Forgiven but trust you will be Forgotten, as easy as 1.2.3.

You're Trying Too Hard

Less is more. I repeat, less is more. Don't flatter yourself trying so hard to get someone's attention, impressing someone or even being an attention grabber. Yes you will get attention, of looking stupid and majorly desperate. LOL People these days have to learn how to ignore stupidity and negativity, in other words, it really doesn't matter what people think. Don't make yourself trying too hard to have a care of people and their feelings! Do you, and have fun being you. Always remember Less is more.

DONT HAVE A CARE - PEOPLE !

Sometimes in life its just about that time to ostracize yourself from unwanted people. Time to grow up and move on. Think about it, after a while you most definitely won't have those people later on in life. So why bother, and have them interacting with you when deep down you know they are a bother. Honestly, you cant have a care of how people perceive you as a person or how your personality may come across as people get to know you a little more. Its all about you, and pleasing yourself. Since when do you live for other people and bow down to their needs? No, sorry those times are long over! Be focus, and stay positive and delete those unwanted people in your life and things will go by copacetically. Express your true feelings on things and you will see how much people will like you or dislike for that. At the end of the day, its you alone. No one else. Now answer these questions. Whose going to have your back when needed, who will walk you through your stressful situations, who can you really call to 4 in the morning! Stop & Think! The answer is NO ONE! Its sad to say but true, so why even bother to inconvenience yourself when you know they are not needed !

M. Dwizzy A.K.A Mark, has hit the streets with his lyrical talents.
His inspirations are rappers like Jay Z, Young Jeezy, Tupac & The Notorious B.I.G.
Not only is he musically talented but he has book smarts.
Currently enrolled at Stevenson University in Baltimore, Maryland studying Law.
He's my cousin, so as you can see talented people run in our family!

Make Your Wish Your Reality !

A wish can just be something you would really want, but never imagine it really happening. Anything is possible if you just try hard and never give up. The word "CAN'T" shouldn't exist in your vocabulary and everyday life. Trial & Error is key, never give up on what you really want. Anything can become your reality, unless you choose not to accomplish it. Personally, its best to always be eager and strive for the best in any and everything you do. Your wish can range from many things, but its up to you to decide what many things you make your reality.

The Future

We all want great things for ourselves in the future! Sit back and think about where you would see yourself in 5 or 10 years. Evaluate your current situations and picture their outcome in the future. Now when you really think about "the future" how is it? Assuming you all pictured and hoped for great things! A lot of us by then either aspire to have a great job, or maybe want to start a family. It all depends on the type of person you are and the types of decisions you choose in life. Remember people its all upon ourselves to determine how we want our future to be and how we decide to live it. We all live once so lets enjoy our now cause our future is yet to come !!

Stress

Everyday we go through obstacles in life that we have to overcome. Its upon our best interest to learn how to cope with our situations and move on with life. Personally its not good to hold onto things or in other words hold grudges. That can most definitely set you up for failure, and you would always be a negative person. Stress can be brought on by many things you experience, from friends to school, or even issues at home. Its all upon yourself to gain back the strength and courage to move on and let things go. People have so many ways to overcome stress. Smoking, eating, drug abuse, and counseling are all beneficial ways that can assist people in getting over stress. Why don;t you try something new and "Pray" ? With God anything  & everything is possible!

Back On Our Grind

So it's about that time again ! Work & School. Gaelle and myself are returning back on our regular schedule/ routine. I will be returning to school to finish my last year at John A. Ferguson (Senior Year) !! And Gaelle will be attending Florida International University as a Freshman. What we are trying to say is we will be hitting y'all with interesting and better posts, so we will be blogging less but leave you all with substantial posts, so less of the random stuff and more meaningful posts will be blogged !

So this week I saw 2 really interesting movies that was worth my money and nachos ! First off I have to say, Angelina Jolie is a Phenomenal  Actress and a beautiful person in general. 

Salt: This thriller starring Angelina Jolie as a dedicated CIA officer Evelyn Salt, who is accused by a defector of being a Russian spy. With an attempt Salt tries to  prove her innocence to the C.I.A 




























The Expendables: is a hard-hitting action/thriller about a group of mercenaries hired to infiltrate a South American country and overthrow its ruthless dictator. Once the mission begins, the men realize things aren’t quite as they appear, finding themselves caught in a dangerous web of deceit and betrayal. An all star cast including: Sylvester Stallone, Terry Crews, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Mickey Rourke, and many more surpising guests! 

These two movies are a "MUST WATCH"............

New Music Artist - Konsequence

So not only will we be blogging about our personal issues and opinions, we will be promoting and advertising any upcoming talent that we are introduced to. Gaelle and myself go by the motto " do onto others, and you like onto you".

Reggae Rap Music is about to get better. We have gotten in contact with "Konsequence" to spread the word about his music and upcoming music ventures. Konsequence, also known as Daron Damain Spence was born on August 21 in the parish of St. Ann, Jamaica. Growing up, he attended Brown's Town Basic school and later went to Servite Primary. After graduating primary school he went to Aabuthnott Gallimore High School and from there went to Brown's Town Community College. He is currently studying Law at the University of The West Indies. It was during high school that Konsequence revealed his musical talent and became involved in the music industry. Always having a positive attitude in everything you do can make life so much easier! Not having an uplifting and brightened attitude can really take a toll on you. Furthermore people like to socialize and interact with positive, inspiring people. Who wants to be with the "Debbie Downer" LOL ! In life you will always come across those type of individuals that strike you to believe them to be discouraging and negative. You either have the choice to help them and guide them to be a better person or drop them as a friend. Life will go on with our without you. What Has TV Come To ?

Seriously! What has TV come to nowadays? All these production company's are wasting some much time and money on these pointless dating shows and boring sitcoms that barely get high ratings. People like myself and Gaelle like to be entertained with substantial material that would attract people to keep watching. In my opinion it looks as if these companies are pitching any idea that would somewhat make sense and be able to watch on TV. But that's wrong, they need to take time and listen to what the viewers really have to say and recognize what the viewers really want to watch on an everyday basis. 

P.S BET needs to hurry and bring back the hit sitcom "The Game" , I'm just saying!

My good friend, Anthony, did the honor of breaking down what we like and what we're here for. My journey is to test each body of water i possibly can and find the one i'd like to swim in forever. My name is Gaelle and nothing can stop me. I titled this blog YOUnique because i am very into the whole being you thing. it shouldn't be a "thing" but often we as teenagers and young adults lose ourselves in fads, trends, fashions, and peers that in order to be true to ourselves again, it takes someone like me to advertise what one should already know. There is nothing more powerful than a person who believes in themselves because that belief will turn into a self truth that cannot be challenged by anyone. so my advice always and forever is to BE YOUnique. I would have hoped you realized the play on words, YOU and UNIQUE. I've let my grounds be known on the "you" aspect so i will now touch on "unique." I am FIRM believer on "thinking outside of the box," "change is good," and "the grass is greener on the other side." I say its good to be"different" "abnormal" and even an "outcast" because at least i know you just took time out your day to observe me and label what you see. If you're happy, then be happy. I see life through rose colored glasses, maybe I'm naive, but i also know that things don't get better until u take a step in a new direction. Old Fashion is the new Crack, and not in a good way. Don't let a force of habit lead your life, take back control and laugh in habit's face as its forced to walk away. That was a small take on how i see things. A New Beginning

Everything in life has to start from somewhere, either it being something as big as becoming a doctor or as small as picking up a daily hobby. In life you have to make your own choices and do what you think will be best for you. Gaelle and myself are doing just that. She is an aspiring artist pursuing a music career, and with me alongside of becoming a doctor I am an aspiring reality tv star, with great opportunities in the works, stay tuned ! Not only do we want to do that, but we will be attending college where I will be studying to become a board certified Anesthesiologist, and Gaelle will be studying Psychology and how the mind works. She is a people person and enjoys assisting people in their everyday struggles. Our generation is the world's future, people, make the right choices but live the to the best of your benefit.
