The name is Nelson Washington A.K.A $kyyman Nelss. He's an upcoming rap artist repping the DMV & MIA area. He has recently graduated high school, currently studying at Montgomery College and ready to blow up in the entertainment industry. Think of him as a mixture of Whiz Khalifa, Big Sean, but with the street smarts of Rick Ross. Mix tapes of his self written music has been publicize online for the world to listen to and download. He has joined forces with a group to form a record label tentatively called "NASA" where he is the CEO of the label. Each member of his crew have all established themselves by releasing their own mix tapes of their style.
